❓ Who are we?
District Avenue is a multi-brand online boutique that carefully selects fashion pieces, accessories and lifestyle products from renowned brands such as Givenchy, Kenzo, Jacquemus, AMI Paris, and many others.
We work directly with official distributors and partner brands to guarantee 100% authentic products, delivered quickly from our warehouses in Europe.
❓ Are the products you sell authentic?
Yes, absolutely. All products sold on District Avenue come exclusively from official distribution channels. We refuse to carry any grey market or counterfeit products.
Each item undergoes rigorous quality control before shipment.
❓How do I place an order?
Simply browse our online store, add the desired items to your cart and complete your order via our secure payment page.
You will then receive a confirmation email containing your order details.
❓I haven't received a confirmation email, what should I do?
First, check your junk mail or spam folder. If you don't find anything, contact us at contact@district-avenue.com , specifying your name and, if possible, your order number. We will resend you the confirmation immediately.
❓ Can I modify my order after it has been validated?
If your order hasn't been shipped yet, yes. Please email us as soon as possible at contact@district-avenue.com so we can update it before shipping.
Once the package has been prepared, it is unfortunately no longer possible to make any changes.
❓ How can I cancel an order?
As long as the order is not being prepared, we can cancel it and issue a full refund.
Contact us quickly, quoting your order number.
❓ What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), as well as Apple Pay , Google Pay and bank transfer payments for certain orders.
All payments are fully secure and processed through our certified payment partners.
❓ Is the payment secure?
Yes, all transactions on District Avenue are protected by SSL encryption and never pass directly through our servers. We do not store any credit card data.
❓Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver throughout the European Union, as well as to Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
Delivery times and costs may vary depending on the destination country.
❓ What are the delivery times?
Orders are usually shipped within 24 to 48 business hours .
The total delivery time then depends on the carrier and the country:
- Luxembourg, Belgium, France, Germany: 2 to 4 business days
- Italy, Spain, Switzerland: 3 to 5 business days
- Other EU countries: 4 to 7 business days
❓ How do I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's platform.
You can also track the status of your order by logging into your District Avenue account.
❓ What should I do if my parcel is late or lost?
We understand this can be frustrating. Contact us as soon as possible, and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
If the package is declared lost, we will offer you either a full refund or a reshipment of the order , according to your preference.
❓ Can I return an item?
Yes, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return or exchange.
Items must be new, unworn, unwashed and with their original tags .
❓ How do I make a return?
Write to us at contact@district-avenue.com specifying your order number and the items you wish to return.
We will then send you return instructions and the address of the nearest logistics center.
❓ Am I responsible for the return shipping costs?
Yes, unless there is an error on our part or the product is defective.
❓ When will I be reimbursed?
Once we have received and verified your return, we will process the refund within 5 to 7 business days , to the same payment method used for the order.
